We are delighted to announce that on 18 June 2014 councillors voted for David Thorpe’s community orchard and accompanying training and events programme to go ahead. Find out more about the exciting plans for the project here.
The next steps will be to bring together an Orchard Friends group, which will be involved in the planting and growing, and will maintain, harvest and take ownership of the orchard.
